30-day returns

If you’re not happy with your game, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Items should be in resellable condition (gently used is okay — we get it, you had to try it).

How it works

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with the return address.
3. Ship it back — return shipping is paid by the buyer.
4. Once it arrives, we’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method (original shipping is non-refundable).

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, that’s on us — email us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
